With a continued focus on structure, growth and long-term development, Orust Yacht Service is strengthening its organization and now welcomes Sara Ekström as the new Chief Financial Officer for the Group.

– We are in an expansive phase with high ambitions, and this requires both strategy and careful financial management. Sara brings valuable experience from a fast-growing industry and a modern approach to financial management and process development. We are very happy that she has chosen us, says Fredrik Malmqvist, CEO of Orust Yacht Service and Orust Quality Yachts.

Sara comes most recently from the role of CFO at Nordpolen Energi AB, a company active in the solar energy industry. During her three years with the company, she has worked on both strategy and operational issues in a dynamic sector.

– I am driven by development and new challenges, so I am really looking forward to getting to know the industry and the Group’s business in detail. The goal is to be able to contribute with my experience and expertise to further develop and streamline the business – and thus create long-term value for both the company and the customers, says Sara.

The first weeks have made a strong impression:
